He was helping us before we'd given him a cent. He went through our whole itinerary from Australia and told us what would work. Then he drove us for ten days and whatever we wanted to do, he made it happen. Between hotels he held all our luggage in the van and it turned up at the next hotel with us. By the end he felt like one of the family. If you're going to LA, message him before you lock your plans in. He'll make them better.
My wife and I decided to do a one day tour since we had a one day and a half layover on a connecting flight out of LAX. Adrian was simply amazing. He was kind, accommodating, patient and understanding. We did not feel rushed at any point and he offered recommendations of where to go since we did not know much about LA. He also gave good conversation throughout the trip, talking about the different areas of the city and everyday life there. Adrian knows how to speak English and Spanish and drives a newer white Mercedes sedan, comfortable and in very good shape. We used AR Tours for a one day trip to Disney, amazing service. Communication was great prior to the trip, Adrian's wife took us to Disney and was so lovely. Adrian then picked us up at our chosen time so we didn't have to rush — again communication was amazing!
